If for any reason you are less than completely satisfied with our product, simply return the lettering within 14 days of receiving it. Upon our receiving your returned product, we will do one of two things to correct the situation.  We will recreate the same lettering and return ship to you at our cost, or we'll credit you the cost of the lettering (less shipping charges).  We commit to ship your replacement lettering, or credit your credit card within 2 business days of receiving returned product.  Please email us at service@ThinkDecals.com and/or include a note with the returned product, and let us know if you choose replacement or refund. It's as simple as that!  Maintaining your complete happiness and success as our customer is the only way we can hope to succeed ourselves. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve you!
